An accounting and finance professional with over 20 years experience in professional and commercial services, Vince Ng Chun Ee has principal interests in accounting, technology and finance. Vince started his career in the Big Four accounting firms before taking lead finance roles in commercial companies.

He is currently a director of a professional services firm and assists in business advisory and fund raising for start-up companies. Concurrently, he is also being appointed as an Independent Director of a Solar Company.

His professional qualifications include being a member of CPA Australia and Chartered Global Management Accountant (UK) while pursuing a Chartered Valuer and Appraiser (CVA) qualification from The Institute of Valuers and Appraisers of Singapore (IVAS) and Nanyang Business School and he holds a Certificate for Family Office Advisors accredited by the Wealth Management Institute (WMI) in Singapore. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting and Finance from the University of New South Wales (UNSW), Sydney Australia.
