Say Tik is a practising member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, a Public Accountant registered with ACRA and a Certified Public Accountant of Australia. He graduated from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore with a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree.

With over 20 years of experience with international public accounting firms, Say Tik has served a diversified portfolio of clients including public-listed companies, multinational entities as well as local small and medium enterprises in different industries, such as trading, service, investment holding and manufacturing. Say Tik was involved in initial public offerings, reverse takeovers, internal audits and due diligence engagements during this period.

Say Tik works extensively with privately held businesses that often require a high degree of personal contact and service, and he enjoys working with his clients in delivering business information that empowers decision making.
