Veritas Private Group, a professional group of firms specialising in servicing private clients in financial advisory covering corporate finance, merger and acquisition, consulting and corporate restructuring services.

Currently, practicing under Pinebridge LLP and Veritas Private.  Other than accounting, audit and tax advisory work, this professional practice also focuses on corporate restructuring, investment advisory and related financial advisory services.  Steven has extensive experience serving both local and international clients across a broad range of businesses including finance, investment companies, property and technology.  He also has substantial regional experience having served and advised clients with operations in Asia Pacific in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate finance.

Before commencing his public practice in 2002, Steven was the General Manager / Chief Financial Officer of a regional group of companies and has extensive experience in financial reporting practices, corporate finance, strategic management and corporate planning.
