Venus is our Director in Corporate Secretarial and Management Services Division.  She is an Accredited Tax advisor of the Singapore institute of Accredited Tax Professional (“SIATP) and also a licenced HR Consultant.  She obtained Bachelor of Accountancy from University of Hertfordshire

She has over 20 years of experience in accounting, accounting system implementation, corporate secretarial, compliance advisory and human resource advisory services.  She is familiar with the local regulations and requirement for business entities as outlined under the Companies Act, Limited Liability Partnership Act, Business Regulation Act.  She is also acting as compliance officer for both our group of companies as well as clients who are licensed under Registered Fund Management Company (“RFMC”) to provide best practices solution for Anti-Money Laundering/ Combating The Financing of Terrorism (“AML/CFT”).

Venus loves jogging and hiking in the great outdoors and spending time at home with her family.
