Eddie Lee

Eddie is a Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and a fellow member of the CPA Australia. He is also an Accredited Tax Advisor with Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals (SIATP). He obtained his Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Applied Finance from the Griffith University and the Macquarie University respectively.

He joined a medium size CPA firm in 1991 where he was very much involved in the audit of small and medium-sized enterprises. Soon after, he moved to one of the “Big-Four Firms” and worked under their audit division in 1992. Eddie was duly promoted as Audit Supervisor in 1994 and transferred to their Consulting Division in 1995.

His experiences at the Big-Four Firm, in addition to leading large audit teams for MNCs and listed clients, included consolidation of group accounts, review of clients’ accounting systems, due diligence review, treasury operations and risk management reviews for banks and financial institutions, and restructuring the back offices (i.e. accounts & operations departments) of a number of offshore banks.

Eddie established C H Lei & Co and Pinebridge LLP in 1997 and 2012 respectively. He has been providing audit, tax and consulting services which include business valuation, management financial reporting and internal control to various size of business enterprises. Currently he is leading a team of 40 professional staff and providing services to more than 300 clients.

When he isn’t helping business development, Eddie is spending time with his young family. He enjoys swimming and running to stay healthy.
